Stuffed with three cheese and wrapped in puff pastry

Sauteed with ham and mushrooms and finished in a cream sauce

Crab Cakes
Lump crab, lightly sasoned and pan seared, served with a white wine butter sauce
Broiled Haddock
Broiled in a white wine and lemon pepper butter

Large shrimp sauteed with garlic and butter, served over penne
Cajun Caramelized Salmon
Topped with a shrimp Creole cream sauce
